Clovis Aquino, born in Brazil, class of 1965.
Graduated in Architecture in your country, moved to Rome in 1990, where he got a master degree on Landscape Planning at the "La Sapienza" University.
Since 1992 Clovis is a full time watercolor painter in Rome and abroad. His international career is made of exhibitions and workshops in Brazil, Italy and France. He has done several studying sections at the National Gallery and at the Tate Britain in London, also at the Louvre and at the Museé Dorsay in Paris.
Some of his paintings can be found in museums, institutes, companies and private collections in Italy. He has also collectors in Brazil, England, Japan and USA. Some of his Italian and Brazilian clients were TV stars, soccer players and politicians.
He has been invited by the Italian TV RAI and at the Brazilian TV GLOBO to be a testimonial about Brazilian Art and society on cultural programs in both land and satellite broadcasts. Many newspapers and magazines in Brazil and Italy have published articles about his art works and career.

Highlights as artist and designer are:

• art director in many cultural events produced by Esperidi in Rome, Italy;
• artist member and art consultant for cultural events at Myriam Peluso`s Galleria Le Muse in Cosenza, Italy;
• international art consultant and art curator of art shows at the fine art gallery essereavere of contemporary and antiques masterpieces in Rome, Italy;
• invited artist by the hotel manager Suely Marques to sign all the art displayed in the rooms and common spaces of the 4 star hotel Alessandrino in Rome, Italy;
• invited artist and designer to create the QUADERNO ITALIANO, the exclusive album of Italian views produced by FABRIANO, the prestigious art paper company founded in 1264.

In 2008 he was invited to be part of the faculty staff, at the University of Vila Velha in Brazil, to
teach drawing, proportion, composition and art techniques at the Architecture and Urbanism
course and at the Fashion Design course. 
Today he lives among Vitoria, his hometown, and Rome, Italy
